Healthy Families
Healthy Families is a program designed to meet your family's needs during the critical time of your child's early years. This program is FREE, voluntary, and is provided to you in your home on a schedule that meets your needs. Our qualified staff will visit one to two times per week to provide you with the support that will make a difference to you and your child.
